Physical and Mobility Screen
Determine the most appropriate device for you (wheelchair, walker, cane, etc) to increase your safety and independence with mobility which includes:
- Maneuvering in your environment
- Trialing of devices
- Ensuring proper fit of device and training
1:1 Caregiver training
- How to best position, assist, and guard your loved one in order to prevent secondary complications or injury while empowering their independence
- Education on condition and how to reinforce therapeutic concepts for optimal health and preserving mobility
